All official emails from Kucredit will always come from addresses ending in @Kucredit.com (e.g., help@kucredit.com, help@kucredit.com, or notifications@kucredit.com). Below are types of messages you may receive via the email address linked to your Kucredit profile:

We may call you to follow up on a complaint or transaction issue, to provide vital info about your Kucredit account, or to conduct a brief customer survey.
If you ever receive a call from us, we’ll clearly identify ourselves and our reason for calling. We will NEVER ask for sensitive info like your password, passcode, transaction PIN, card CVV (3-digit code), or your Pay ID over the phone.

Kucredit may send automated reminders—such as overdraft repayment notices—via WhatsApp. However, we never use WhatsApp for customer service chats.
If you receive a message claiming to be from Kucredit support on WhatsApp, treat it as suspicious and contact us directly via verified channels.
Generally, any text message, email, or phone call about your Kucredit account that you cannot confirm is from us is potentially dangerous and must be ignored.
